Episode Five - Inside Info
The making of this episode proves to us that the Lord provides. This show required a theater location, a mannequin with a semi-realistic looking head, and a beauty pageant gown and tiara. When finding this location seemed in doubt, a chance meeting with a nephew led us to the answer, St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Largo. A last minute blessing!
Also, the gown worn by Tiffany in this episode was actually worn by her mother, Cathy, in the Ms. Georgia competition in the 1980s. And the tiara worn by Tiffany is the real thing, also worn by her mother in competition which is identical to the Ms. America tiara given to the winner. Like mother, like daughter.
